Compass House is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all youth and individuals who seek our services. Many of the young people who contact Compass House are doing so during challenging circumstances and are seeking safety, support, hope, and resources. We treat all personal information with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

By using our services, communicating with us, or providing personal information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Compass House may collect personal information including:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Mailing address (if provided)

  • Service-related information necessary to provide assistance and support

  • Communication preferences, including SMS text messaging consent

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide services, communicate with youth, and respond to requests for assistance.

How We Use Information

Information collected by Compass House is used solely to:

  • Provide youth support services and resources

  • Respond to requests for assistance

  • Communicate regarding programs, appointments, and services

Children's and Youth Privacy

Compass House serves youth and young adults seeking assistance and support. Information collected from youth is used solely for the purpose of providing services, resources, safety planning, and support. We do not collect information for commercial solicitation purposes.

Young people contact Compass House voluntarily in order to receive assistance, support, and access to resources.

Compass House may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
