Rapid Re-Housing is a program where Compass House helps individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 who are literally homeless and either living on the streets or in a shelter secure housing. Our Rapid Re-Housing Case Managers then work with these clients to place them in housing where Compass House financially assists them for the next year. The case managers provide support in advocacy for clients through working with landlords, and work to place each client in safe, furnished housing that feels like home.
Transitional Housing Program coming Winter 2020.
How You Can Help:
Compass House is seeking teams of 5+ volunteers to assist in setting up homes for our Rapid Re-Housing clients. Your team will be tasked with collecting new and gently used items to fill an apartment with, assisting Compass House staff to set up the housing and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients to call home.
